Mike graduated, with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
After upper level management positions if the food service industry, he became interested in the home building business. This livelihood interested him for 20 years where his final post was VP of Houston Operations for Gemcraft Homes. Wanting to do more, he became interested in real estate inspections, which has been his vocation since 1990.
He used the TREC Professional Inspector License to springboard himself to the following inspection designations and certifications; CABO, SCBBI, ICC, IRC, FHA, FmHA, RWC, 2-10, BBHW, TRCC, OBN, 203K, HOME, HBW, BHW, ACES and construction lending inspections – all of which allows a difference type and scope of the inspection process. Mike also is an adjunct professor of real estate inspection at NHCC and provides expert witnessing for court cases.
